What is the Axolot application? +
It is a Swiss accounting tool designed specifically for freelancers and independent professionals. It brings invoicing, QR invoices, automatic receipt reading, federal VAT calculation, bank tracking and fiduciary document preparation together in one place.

Freelancers, independent professionals and sole proprietors who manage their accounts on their own or who want to prepare their fiduciary's work properly.
What level of accounting knowledge is required? +
No qualification is needed. Swiss accounting adapted for freelancers is handled automatically, VAT amounts calculate themselves and the application records your operations for you. You keep full control without the technical complexity.
How is your data secured? +
Each user space is strictly isolated and all your data is stored in Switzerland. You remain free to retrieve your complete journal and supporting documents whenever you wish.
How does the pricing model work? +
You pay once for the Axolot Perpetual Licence™ for your activity, this is the recommended offer. If you prefer to spread the cost, the monthly Axolot™ Subscription is also available, with no commitment and cancellable at any time. In both cases, no extra fees tied to your invoice or operation volume.
How can I try the application for free? +
You get 14 days of full access without entering a credit card. At the end of this period, you choose whether or not to buy your licence to unlock permanent access.
Can I get a refund after purchase? +
Yes. The Axolot Perpetual Licence™ is covered by a satisfied-or-refunded guarantee. On simple request to contact@axolot.ch within 14 days of your purchase, we refund the full amount, no questions asked. After that period, the licence is no longer refundable, as the free trial let you fully evaluate the application beforehand.
How do optional paid extensions work? +
Core features such as invoicing, VAT, receipt digitisation, bank management and exports are fully included. Specific extensions for payroll, multi-currency transactions or e-commerce will be offered later. They can be purchased individually or as a subscription without ever changing the price of your base tool.
How do I manage several independent accounts with one Axolot ID? +
Each project or entity has its own independent accounts and its own licence. This also suits professionals who support several distinct freelancers. For multi-company needs (fiduciaries for instance), contact us for a tailored offer.
