Intellectual property

All content on the site and application (the « Axolot » brand, texts, interface, code) is the property of Vergasta Digital, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction or reuse without authorisation is prohibited.

Axolot Perpetual Licence™

Full access to Axolot is unlocked by the Axolot Perpetual Licence™, acquired through a one-time payment. Detailed conditions are set out in the Terms.

• Business linkage. Each licence is linked to a single business (workspace) created in the application.
• Transfer. The licence may be transferred to another business of which you are the owner.
• Scope. The licence covers Axolot core functions. Optional modules may be subject to separate purchase.
• Warranty. The Axolot Perpetual Licence™ is warranted for three (3) years (service continuity, maintenance and updates). Beyond that, access and existing features remain perpetual, with no guarantee of receiving new features. See the Terms.

Liability

Axolot is an accounting assistance tool. It does not replace the advice of a fiduciary or chartered accountant. The user remains responsible for the accuracy of their data and compliance with their legal and tax obligations.

Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy and our data processing agreement (DPA).

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Saint-Imier (canton of Bern), to the extent permitted by law.
