A written analysis of your income, expenses and year-to-date figures, on demand.
Axolot AI is an assistant included in your licence. It reviews your income, your expenses and your current year figures, then writes a clear summary with your strengths, points to watch and concrete recommendations.
Run an analysis
- Open "Axolot AI" in the "General" group of the menu.
- Click "Run an analysis" and confirm.
- Wait a few moments, and the summary appears as soon as it is ready.
What Axolot AI analyses
- Income, expenses, profit and margin for the financial year.
- Month-by-month trend of revenue and expenses.
- Breakdown of expenses by category.
- Sales invoices awaiting payment.
One analysis per month
The analysis is available once per calendar month and per company, and the counter resets at the start of the next month. Like receipt extraction, Axolot AI relies on the sovereign AI hosted in Switzerland, so your financial data never leaves the country.
