Dashboard
An overview of your activity as soon as you sign in, built from widgets.
The dashboard brings together key indicators as widgets (charts, statistics or tables).
The “My activity” card
At the top of the dashboard, the “My activity” card gathers everything that needs your attention on Axolot into a single list. Every row is clickable and takes you straight to where you can handle it.
- Blocking items, such as bank connections to reconnect, VAT returns to file and bank movements to reconcile.
- Invoices awaiting payment, where overdue invoices are flagged with an “Overdue” badge.
- Expenses to handle, including receipts to validate and receipts whose automatic extraction failed.
A header indicator shows the number of actions to handle, and when there is nothing to do, the card simply reads “You’re all caught up”.
Available widgets
- Accounting trend and monthly turnover.
- Revenue and expenses by month.
- Accounting overview and tax provisions.
- Recent invoices and pending bank transactions.
- Time statistics (with the dedicated module).
