Connect your Swiss Shopify store to import products, orders and Shopify Payments payouts into Axolot.

The Shopify integration is coming soon. It already appears in the Plugin catalogue with a « Coming soon » label and is not installable yet. This page describes how it works once the extension goes live.
Shopify App Store
The Shopify integration is installed from the Shopify App Store. The Plugin catalogue offers an « Install from the Shopify App Store » shortcut that opens the app listing. Once the store is linked to your company, the « Shopify store » page appears in the Plugins group.
The Shopify plugin connects your store to Axolot to sync your products, import your orders as draft invoices and match Shopify Payments payouts to your bank.
Install and connect your store
- Install Axolot from the Shopify App Store (search for « Axolot » in the App Store, or use the « Install from the Shopify App Store » button if the « Shopify store » page is already available).
- Authorise read access to your store from the Shopify admin.
- Pick a monthly or annual plan, then approve the subscription on the Shopify confirmation page.
- Sign in to your Axolot account (or create one) to link the store to your company.
- The « Shopify store » page opens and the first sync can start.
Already an Axolot customer?
If you already have an account, sign in after the Shopify billing step. The store is then attached to your existing company. Without an account, create your Axolot ID before completing the link.
Import and matching
- Before importing, the orders preview shows what will be imported, what is already imported and what will be skipped, without creating anything.
- Orders are synced automatically every day. Products and payouts can be resynced manually from the page.
- Three separate actions let you rerun the sync for products, orders or Shopify Payments payouts.
- Orders can be imported automatically as draft invoices (option available on the page).
- The “Import orders” button runs an immediate import, even when automatic import is disabled.
- After each import, the notification sums up the result and details the reason for every order that was not imported (for example a currency other than CHF or a delivery outside Switzerland).
- Shopify Payments payouts received on your account are matched to your bank like any other transaction.
Only Swiss orders in CHF are supported. International orders are skipped.
Subscription and billing
- The plugin is billed through Shopify (Shopify Billing API). You pick a plan when installing, with a possible trial period, then approve the subscription directly on Shopify.
- The amount appears on your usual Shopify invoice. No payment is taken outside Shopify.
- You can switch between the monthly and annual plan at any time, without reinstalling the app. The « Change plan » button on the « Shopify store » page opens the plan selection. The new plan replaces the previous one after you approve it on Shopify.
- You manage or cancel the subscription from Shopify → Settings → Billing. The « Manage my Shopify subscription » button on the « Shopify store » page takes you there.
- Uninstalling the app from Shopify revokes access and disconnects the store in Axolot.
