Core features and plugins
The full accounting core is included in your licence. Plugins are optional modules that add specialised features, some free, others paid.
Axolot distinguishes two types of functionality. Core features, included for life in your licence, and plugins, optional modules you activate as needed. This section covers everything related to plugins, so they are not mixed with the application core.
Core features (always included)
Invoices and quotes, receipts and expenses, banking, VAT and AFC returns, fiduciary exports, customers, suppliers, projects and dashboards are part of the core. They require no plugin and remain yours at no extra cost.
Plugins (optional)
Plugins extend Axolot with specialised features. Some are free, others paid, as a one-time purchase or subscription when they involve recurring costs (external services, bank connections). Price and billing model are always shown before activation.
