Personalize your invoices and quotes

The Settings → Personalization screen brings together the colour of your admin space and the presentation of your documents, one tab per type. Each type keeps its own settings: an invoice can break VAT down line by line while a quote stays deliberately plain.

Appearance

• Accent colour, taken up by the document title, the totals and the section headings.
• Font (sans serif, serif or monospace) and text size (compact, normal, large).
• Logo: by default the document follows the company setting, but you can place it left, right, or hide it for this document type alone.

Columns and totals

• Show or hide the quantity, unit price and VAT columns, and number the lines.
• Break the totals down (net, VAT, gross) or show only the amount due.

Blocks and free text

• Introduction text, placed just before the list of services.
• Footer, for your legal notices, terms or thanks.
• Optional blocks: project, document notes, your UID number and the recipient's.
• On invoices, the payment details repeated under the table.
• On quotes, an « Agreed » block with a signature line to be returned signed.

QR-bill

On invoices, the QR payment slip is attached on its own page by default. You can ask for it at the bottom of the last page: Axolot puts it there when the invoice leaves room, and moves it back to its own page when the lines run too far down, rather than letting it overlap the document. You can also remove it entirely if you get paid by something other than a transfer.
